Stockholm as the capital of Sweden

During the last few days I just can´t stop thinking about Stockholm. You probably know, that I prefer South of Europe instead of North because I love hot. Last year, it was my first time visiting North. And I must say that I totally fall in love with Stockholm. I spent there 5 days. The prices are about 3 times higher than in the Czech Republic. This trip was also reunion with my friend Martin who I have met during Erasmus project in Italy.

We had a chance to go to Amusement park. I got a bit scared in House of Horror - don´t judge me :-)

The metro card is valid also for this historical tram.

There are several metro stations which are really special.

Sweeden is a kingdom.

I´m sure about one thing. It was my first time, but not the last. I love this city.

Definitely I will see you again, Stockholm.

National park Donau - Auen in Austria

My roommate from the U.S. - Marlene, is living in Vienna. This year I went to visit her twice. First time when my friend Amy arrived to Europe and second time with Bohunka and Tyna (Prague friends). We all know each other from Kings Dominion and still make some reuions which is great. I have been to Vienna already 3 times. So, my last visit I was thinking about where to go outside of the city. When I looked at the map, I found out that there is a national park really close to Vienna. This pictures are from Donau - Auen National Park.

If I had a dog and lived in Vienna, I would definitely take him to this place. This is my Slovakian friend Majlo. Also, I recommend to take a bike.

Žebrák and Točník Castles

This is one of those articles related to castles. When I was a kid, my parents were taking me very ofthen to some castle or chateau. Of course, in that time, it was quite boring for me. Now, I love it. I don´t know much about the history but happy to lear something new.

There are 2 castle very close to each other-few minutes by walk. So, if you decide to go for a weekend trip to area of Beroun (not far from Prague), definitely visit both.

When you walk to Tocnik Castle, you can also see the Zebrak Castle in backround.

Točník Castle

Which one would you choose? I recommend visit both.

The castle Žebrák
In the translation it means a person who is begs for instance for a money.

This is one of those tips on a Saturday or Sunday trip outside of Prague.
