Fashion chronicle- from the beach: dresses from local shop in Badalona

Do you remember how I told you about playing on the model? Well, here we go. My housemates asked me to help them to take some pictures because they bought some clothes here in and they gonna sell it in the Czech Republic. We found dresses in one local store in Badalona. Dresses are 100% cotton.

Fashion chronicle: my mom´s trousers from Krakow, Poland

So, last weekend I was in Madrid, Escorial and Zaragoza. I expected very nice weather as it was in Barcelona. The problem is that in Madrid the weather is worse than here. So, I took only clothes like summer dress or skirt. Fortunately my mom lent me her trousers, T-shirts and jacket. So, all clothes I wear is my mother´s clothes :-) Thanks, mom. You always save me.
The trousers are from Krakow, purchased this summer. It is very comfortable by the way.

handbag- Nike, purchased in France like 8 years ago and yes I still have it.

Do you see what I am wearing on my neck? It is a watch in key. I bought it in local shop few minutes before my mother took this picture. The price was 6 euros. It is a key to my heart and only one man can open it. :-)

Weekend in Madrid

Hi guys.
How are you doing?
I was kinda busy for last few days because I had here another visit from the Czech Republic. This time it was my mother and her boyfriend. We spent few days in Barcelona together and then I wanted to visit Madrid so we decided to go there. I am very happy that they came to visit me.

 How was Madrid.
Well, I gotta say that it is totally different than Barcelona. It is capital so there are lots of turists which I don' t mind. I am always fascinated by main square (plazza Mayor) and in Madrid is beautiful.

In Madrid you don' t need to take a metro because all main monuments are situated very close to each other. I like for example Plaza Espana. There is a statue of Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, Don Quixote and Sancho Panza.

For sure you can' t miss Royal Palace. We also visited summer residence of the King which is situated few kilometres from Madrid. It is called Escorial.

Prado museum. Every saturday from 18:00 till 20:00 there is a free entrance. (also some other days but I don´t remeber, you have to check it). I saw really masterpieces like from Goya, Rubens, Van Dyck, Rembrandt etc. Higly recommend to visit. I am happy that my stepfather convinced us to go there.

We also saw a strike close to Puerta de Alcala.

At the end of the day we made a stop in city called Zaragoza which is like 300 km from Barcelona. I have to admit that this city is really beatiful. Too pity that we didn´t have time to explore it more. I like the idea that on sunday evening-night all people are outside, well dressed and just enjoy the city. We were lucky because on sunday there was a celebration of anniversary of famous local cathedral.

My birthday

On friday 11.10. was my birtdahy. I am 24 years old now. Noooo, the time is running so fast and I can' t stop it. My mother in my age was already married and she had 2 children. I was 4 years old in that time.
What about me? Well, I am 24 and I travell all the time, study or work abroad, don' t even have a boyfriend. However I don' t complain about anything because I love my life. I don' t wanna be married and have children before I am 30 or at least around 30 so :-)

Back to the point. I am gonna tell you now how was my birthday weekend and what I got for gifts.

Presents from my family:
Basically money. I am in Barcelona so they gave me money and I can buy whatever I want here.

What did I buy?
- glasses by Prada- I bought it in my lovely Sicily this summer

- air tickets to Ibiza

 On saturday night I went to the bar for Mojito with my friends. My favourite bar is Rosa Negra where you can buy the best Mojito or Margarita for the best price 3,5 euro. Then we went to the discotheque Catwalk. It is better if I don´t put here any photos, trust me. I think next time I will try Opium which is just next.

Fashion chronicle- from the beach: white leggings

Hi guys.
How are you doing? Last few days in Barcelona were not exatly sunny but still quite warm (around 25 degree). So, today I have decided to write one those articles which are related with fashion, my big love.
As you know one of my friends from the Czech Republic visited me last week. We were few times together at the beach. Once Lucka took her camera and we were trying to make some photos for my new blog, which means for you, guys. See, how I think about you all the time? :-) You can see the result below I hope you will like it.

I am wearing white leggins with different kind of T-shirts. I bought the leggins in Primark (the brand is Atmosphere) when I studied in England two years ago. It was very cheap (Primark is cheap). I think the price was around 3 pounds. It is totally worth it. I have 4 leggins at home- white, grey, black and blue. You can wear leggins to work or city as well as to the bar. My sunglasses are from Marks&Spencer in Liberec.

Party of the year in Barcelona

Merce is a saint patron of Barcelona.

24.9. is her celebration which means bank holiday in Barcelona (only in Barcelona, all other cities around don' t have this holiday). Actually all the week there are some events. I have to admit that it has been just amazing. So many people celebrate it. In Barcelona it is a little bit different atmosphere I think because there are lots of turists. Anyway there are still enough proud Catalan people. Thank you for this, I really enjoyed it a lot.

I like these kind of traditions. I always called these days like "party of the village" or "party of the city". I had an opportunity to see few of them this summer in Italy (in villages in north as well as in south of Italy). Btw, I was there the only foreigner so the atmosphere was just incredible for me (I really miss it). It is always the biggest event (which means party) of the year and everybody is there. I just love it.

If you ever go to Barcelona, I recommend you to see this event. It is incredible experience.
