If you wanna see Lomnický Štít, you need to use a cable car to get there. I always try to avoid it because I prefere walking. There is another option - you can climb it but it is not that easy and you need sme equipment to do so. And that´s where my next challenge and idea for my bucket list was born.
Did you know that Lomnický Štít:
... is the second highest mountain in Slovakia
... 2634 metres above sea level
... there is a cable car
... you have to book the tickets in advance because it is really popular
The beginning - Skalnaté Pleso - 1751 metres above sea level.
Lomnický Štít - you can´t affect the weather. But it was getting better after all.

Our way back.
Waterfalls - Vodopády Studeného Potoka are also really popular.
First time I used a cable car. Next time I´m gonna climb there. That´s my new challenge. I think people should push their limits and get out of the comfortable zone sometimes. So, who is coming with me?

I would like to repeat this trip very much. But probably not with you :-) I climbed there 38 yrs ago for the first time. My mom cried hanging on chains and observing us, me and sister, jumping and smiling on the rock brow. For us it was amazing. And I really recommend it for you although we never used the word "challenge"... it was just big FUN and sooooo romantic there :-)
