Amsterdam as the capital of Netherlands

Hello again,
this article is about capital city of Netherlands. Before I tell you few facts and give you some recommendations about this city, let me tell you a short story.

When I was a kid, I was dreaming about visiting Amsterdam. One afternoon (I was studying elementary school) I was visiting a library with my brother in Liberec. There was a guy (from Amsterdam) who for some reason (I always call it destiny) chose my brother. His name was Charlie and the purpose of his visit was to make a short document about Liberec. And this was a beginning of our friendship. Me, my brother and my mother have become little stars in Dutch television where people thought that my mother is my big sister. Charlie have been in Liberec couple of times to make his documents. He always brought us some presents and we really liked him. So, I was always very looking forward to visiting him one day when I will be older. Unfortunately, Charlie passed way few years ago. So, when I think about Amsterdam, I think about our friend Charlie...

I´m telling you this story because it is really a very strong memory and Amsterdam will be always and forever for me connected to our friend Charlie. Now, don´t be sad and let me tell you something about place.

Kadinsky is according to searching on Google, one of the best coffee shops in Amsterdam.

Christmas is coming. I love these lights.

Despite the fact that it was raining the whole day, I was cold and hungry, run out of cash and searching for cash machine for like an hour during the night, I really enjoyed Amsterdam and I will definitely come back one day. Next time I might try visit during the summer :-)
