Ciao ragazzi,
if I say Ciao in Italian it evokes the feeling of warm, hot, summer Italy. Today´s article is about something else. Matus and I went on this trip to Jizera Mountains one month ago. To be honest, we didn´t expext so much snow. So we were kind of unprepared. At the top of the Mountain it was a bit drama. I must say, we had a little problem with "climbing" one small rock. And it was so cold out there. Brrr.
A few facts:
- Hejnice is around 30 km from Liberec
- free parking close to church
- Frydlant battlements is a major landmark of the northern part of the Jizera Mountains
- Frydlant battlements is important rock formation
- several waterfalls
We are starting our trip from village Hejnice.

Even though it was a little drama (yes, you should see me, I´m Libra and I couldn´t decide which way I should climb-it was all difficult. So I was just standing there and freezing), in my opinion, this is one of the best trips inside Jizera Mountains.
