Hello my friends,
first of all I wanna apologize for delay with my writing. I´m so busy at this moment with work, traveling and everything. The thing is I travel so much that, that I don´t have time at all to write about it. I hope you will forgive me :-)
Anyway, this article is a recommendation for a trip in Jizera Mountains. This is a day trip where you walk around 20 km but don´t worry. Even if it seems like a lot, it´s not, you can do it. The description of the trip is from book "Ottův turistický průvodce" and I bought it for like 70 CZK.
My boyfriend and his sister came to Liberec for one sunny and rainy weekend in October. So, on Saturday we took the car and made a trip to Jizera mountains. Our starting point was a town called Semily, which is around 40 km from my hometown.
This is the decription of our trip.
Rieger Trail is very nice area. On the left, you are looking at one of the few ferrata in the Czech Republic.
Unfortunately this is a part of our way too. You have to walk for few minutes on the main road.
Back in the nature. I´m trying to take some "professional" photos.
My boyfriend and his sister.
Bozkov dolomite caves are the only accessible caves in North Bohemia.
After visiting the caves (which by the way, I highly recommend you) we are going back to Semily town where we are parking the car.
M&M
Semily town. I have to say that I was quite impressed about how well this town used the money from European funds. Good job.
And that´s the end of our trip. So, what do you guys think? I hope this article was useful and perhaps motivate some of you to make a trip to Jizera Mountains as well.
Regards
Michalka
